半夜起床吃東西致睡眠中斷 - 健身

我吃完晚餐加水果大約是7:30,
到10:00左右, 食物消化的差不多之後,
就寢入睡, 原本計劃睡到6:00, 剛好8小時,
但是常常到凌晨2-3點的時候被餓醒, 受不了
飢餓感, 只好帶著很沈重的睡意爬起來吃東西,
由於睡眠中斷, 導致睡眠品質不佳, 當然6:00就
起不來了, 就算賴床到7-8點, 還是覺得沒睡飽
請問有沒有什麼補充品適合睡前吃, 在不用吃太多的前
提之下(因為睡前吃太多, 肚子不舒服, 也會睡不著),
可以撐過8小時都沒進食的睡眠時間? 謝謝
