奇怪的心跳 - 健身

三餐內容(老外)
早餐:冬天吃陽春麵最棒了~~
午餐:五穀飯便當 內容物:三樣蔬菜+兩片瘦肉(算是清淡的店家)
晚餐:小碗滷肉飯+豬血湯+一份水煮地瓜葉
除了早餐外 午晚餐都是清淡的
其他:
日常作息時間:晚上11點上床 早上七點起床(工作時間固定 假日此數值則無效XD...)
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
健身房3天+休息3天+壘球1天= 一個禮拜運動量
上班時間會爬四層樓上下一趟大概25趟左右
1)慢跑 5分鐘 6km/h + 2分鐘 4km/h + 23分鐘 10km/h 共約3800M(目前極限)
2)重訓 哩哩摳摳我不知道器材名稱 大多以本身略低於極限承重
每種大約都做60~80下(分二、三組) 30分鐘內完成
3)心跳 慢跑 進入5分鐘後 大約在130~140之間
進入12~15分鐘 就會衝到178!!!!!此時需要慢步大概一分鐘恢復心跳XD
我的問題:比較有疑問的在於心跳問題
平常心跳(安靜坐姿、無運動)介於 60~70下/min 之間
慢跑後就會狂飆到170~180以上耶 看見板上大家的運動心跳速率大約都
不超過150左右 是健身房的測心跳機器有問題嗎 = =
還是我本身有可能有心肺功能的問題 (本身是無這方面的病史)
如果是的話我可能就要......去諮詢醫生+更努力減肥啦 XDD
