我每次在經期前,最明顯的是體力會變得很差
本來每天都可以跑個6~8KM不等
最近幾天只要跑到3KM身體就開始無法負荷,跑不下去 > <
再來就是無時無刻想吃東西,呈現很餓很餓的狀態,狂喝水也無法抑制
而且想吃的都是重量級的,比如火鍋類、燒肉、起士義大利麵
之前還沒有運動習慣時,身體會出現許多不適
後來開始運動後,身體上的不適已經消失了
取而代之的是對於食物無限量大的慾望
所以這幾天心情上都很差,體力變差、食慾變大
一直在克制對於吃這件事
像現在,我剛吃完中餐,現在又超餓的
把本來下午茶時間要吃的水果拿出來嗑光了,還是餓 Q_Q
請問版上的女孩會像我這樣嗎?
那妳們又是怎麼克制想吃的念頭呢?
