我最近養成了一週三次的有氧運動
在家還會作作抬腿、深蹲等訓練
覺得運動保持體態會上癮
同事說女生經期只要休息、吃多也不會發胖、而且經期運動對身體不好?
所以我週四經期來就都完全不運動了,連抬腿、深蹲也沒作
請問女生經期那週是真的只要乖乖休息最好嗎??
