個人認知上的「修線條」
應該指的是「修肌肉的線條」吧?
假設 30p 是 12rm 4sets的重量
而且也滿意現在的肌肉量
接下來就是維持30p
增加組數(6 or 8sets)與次數(15 or 30 repeats)
用來修正肌肉的型,而不是增加肌肉的量
