女生的體脂應該多少比較理想? - 美體

體脂: 27%
大一大二的時候
大約48kg/體脂23%
穿什麼衣服都很好看
大三開始大吃大喝
體重直直升
最近一個月開始減肥
少吃+每天X-bike 1hr
瘦了3公斤
本來是水桶腰(腰圍>30)
現在是27吋
肚子也平了
體脂目前是27%
我的胸部比較大
而且一胖就先胖胸部
瘦了胸部也不會變小
原先32D胖了變36D-E
現在變瘦一點胸部仍然是34E-F
這樣的身材其實挺吃虧的
因為平常穿衣服偏保守
不穿露一點或是緊身
根本看不出來腰和肚子變小...(因為胸部把衣服撐起來了)
看起來依舊是肉肉的
我想問的問題是
1. 胸部大理論上體脂率會比較高
以我的體型,體脂目標應該要訂在幾趴?
2. 我的下半身很結實,有氧運動一直瘦腰和肚子
我的身材比例越來越奇怪...
胸部很大,上半身視覺上很壯
走路也不自覺一直向前傾
這樣我應該繼續減肥下去嗎?
(我怕繼續減下去,比例更怪)
3. 有什麼方法讓胸部變小?
