女生真的不用怕運動會有肌肉 - 健身

這在板上已經是老生常談了
但是還是想分享一下在健身房觀察的情況
1.一般會員
基本上在重量訓練區看到的女生不算來殺時間的歐巴桑非常少
跟男生大約是10:1
扣掉有教練帶的應該是初初學者
其中有"在用力的時候看到一點點肌肉線條的":非常少 3個月以來只看過3-5個人左右
ps大部分女生最明顯的應該是2投肌 不知是不是跟逛街提重物會用到二頭肌有關
2.女私人教練
本來以為私人教練應該都很fit
後來發現不論男女其實有一半左右本身也是沒什麼說服力
(肌肉被脂肪蓋住? 或者是交人家練自己沒在練)
這部份覺得大約1/3的pt看起來有點線條
1/3看起來是有運動的人
1/3像是普通東區正妹
3.有氧/瑜珈/pump老師
WG的女老師之中
我只看過Joey的肌肉實在是好厲害....不過她也是大有來頭
Banai線條也很漂亮
結論是我覺得女生要練出肌肉線條真的不是一件容易的事
實際去做才知道還真困難
要像國外影集裡每個女的那樣都不容易了 (真想知道到底要付出多少才可以像那樣)
更別擔心會變金剛芭比了!
