好久沒有跑超過三十分鐘了 - 健身

乘著今天請假,帶家人去看醫生後,下午還有一小段時間,
除了去拜訪了一個朋友後,還有一點時間,也剛好是夕陽西
下,景色正美時,利用這個小空閒,想想好久沒有跑久一點
於是今天以跑三十五分鐘為目標,慢慢跑,以跑完休息五分
鐘內即可不喘的速度前進,果然我還是可以跑超過三十分鐘
的,非常開心~~XD.
希望今年可以把跑的時間加到一小時&十五公里,加油.
