第一次到康是美量體脂體重 - 健身

從5/12開始減重到今天已經過了近2個月
不過之前都沒去量體重 只是感覺自己很胖很胖= =
今天想說抽個空去量一下 測量結果:
體重:117kg
體脂:35.8%
腰圍120cm
BMI 40.5
果不其然 數據實在是XD 心理只想到2個月前不就更慘 Orz
其中最恐怖的是內臟脂肪 測量出來好像是29 門市小姐
跟我說正常應該是在4左右 這個數據真的嚇了我一大跳
唯一聽到一個好消息是門市小姐說我的基礎代謝大約2000
算滿高的 這大概是唯一的好消息吧
後來門市小姐介紹我他們目前有個減重的活動 是免費的
還有很多獎品能抽 感覺滿不錯的 希望能抽到體脂計=..=
