好像變粉了 - 健身

最近兩個月較密集運動
以前一周三四天
現在一周運動五天以上
上個月更勤奮~~幾乎天天都運動
因為我想要線條更好看
所以每次至少一個半小時以上
慢跑 健身車 踏步機 交替使用
因為運動量增加
所以現在只要一不吃下午茶 體重就會下降
有點小小苦惱~~
但有一個對女生而言的大好處喔!
就是~~氣色變更好尤其是嘴唇!
變更粉嫩了 >//<
我以前就不擦口紅甚至唇蜜也不用的人
頂多冬天以無色潤唇膏保護
就有還蠻不錯的唇色
現在因為勤勞運動整體循環上升 連帶嘴唇血液循環也變好?! XXD
有圖但原諒我用手機才能自拍
這是沒擦唇膏也沒擦護脣膏 完全的裸唇
請忽略下巴的一顆生理痘 謝謝 XD

今天去舉啞鈴
嫩咖如我 舉了一個月還在舉1kg QQ
旁邊的歪國人 二話不說左右手各拿一個3kg輕鬆寫意的舉完
什麼時候才能進階到2kg呀 唉唷~~
不管了~ 自己練得開心最重要
對吧^__^
