有時看到低代謝的人tdee才1200或是更低
以一般外食來說
早餐一個漢堡就500大卡了吧
即使早餐換成三明治也有400大卡左右
午餐一份便當也600-800大卡
不就晚餐機會不能吃?
然後那些豆漿 水煮蛋可以補充蛋白質的也沒辦法吃了?
這樣感覺很餓......
