當初是在蘋果日報看到這本書發行前的簡介
發現很多概念跟在版上看到的一樣
只是作者用更詳細的醫學角度去解說
這本書除了可以讓減重更有效率外
更提出的讓身體健康的方法
我剛剛看完置底有一篇QA的文章 書裡面也提到很多相同的概念
而且對於為何作哪些活動?吃哪些食物?對身體效果好有因果的解釋
我覺得有本這樣的書在手邊翻閱很方便
因為很多概念沒常常看就會忘記
