如何健康的增重 - 健身

小弟因為國中有兩次氣胸的病史
體重從60幾變到50公斤出頭
現在也已經大學了,不管怎麼吃也就是吃不胖
(可能是吸收一直沒好過...)
最近才開始重視這個問題,因為感覺現在的我
有點太瘦弱了點,連別人看到我也一直跟我強調
要再吃肥一點比較好= =+,我聽說重訓好像能讓
身體適度的增重!?所以我滿想試試看的,同時鍛鍊
自己不足的肌力
想請問板上的朋友,重訓是不是能讓身體增重但卻不會
產生的多餘脂肪的好方法?
然後飲食方面有甚麼比較好的建議嗎?(因為我腸胃不太好
容易拉肚子...)
