因為10月,我有可能要考國考體測1200公尺5分50秒內(400mx3)
去書局翻了一下跑步的書, 說要練重量訓練可以提升跑步成
績....
Q1請問有大大看過,兼顧重練訓練和中長跑訓練的專業參考書
目呢?(所做重量訓練, 能有效提升中長跑成績的書)
(中長跑,500~3000m,最好是教練、選手、體育老師...寫的
,而且合乎運動生理學、營養學的..)
精華區的<如何兼顧重訓與練球>一文的區段化訓練
(periodization)對我很有幫助, 但我希望能有更詳細的課
表排法..
我在書局看了幾本, 感覺排體能課表這段都寫的很模糊,比
如很多跑步訓練書都說要練重量訓練、要勞逸適度不能天天
跑, 但是都沒有排出兼顧重量訓練和跑步的課表範例, 也沒
講清楚該怎麼排、為何要這樣排、組間休息依運動生理學該
幾分鐘....
真希望有像黃阿文教練的<最新健美運動詳解>這樣, 光是重
量訓練課表該怎怎麼排、為何要這樣排就寫了二十幾頁,而
且寫的很具體、詳細的中長跑訓練書...
Q2請問台中有專業健身教練, 能讓我請教體能訓練、重量訓
練的細節問題嗎?問一次問題約多少錢呢?
