減脂核心訓練調整 - 健身

目前172/70,體脂率快20
從三月開始每天都會做科學七分鐘(the scientific 7-minute workout)與八分鐘電腦
人腹肌訓練(4 week six pack abs workout),基本上是一天一種交互做,至今總覺得減
脂效果仍然不好,體重沒變化,胸部稍微有點厚度但是小腹與側腹一樣脂肪一堆。
早餐基本都是一片手掌大小與厚度的鮭魚(鯛魚)配一杯400cc的現打水果牛奶(香蕉牛
奶居多),偶爾會吃什錦果麥加鮮奶
中餐因為是上班族只能選少鹽少油的便當
晚餐有時自己料理有時外食,一樣少鹽少油,量跟中餐相當,約一個便當量
這幾天開始思考要加入跑步(有氧),大概一週跑三次一次三十分鐘,但不知原先的科學
七分鐘與電腦人是否要刪減?
我是上班族,下班時間不多所以平時都只在家做核心或戶外跑步,沒辦法跑健身房。
想請教各位,想要更有效率的減脂,我要如何調整?請給意見!或是菜單重設計也行!謝
