真的不用想太多.每天跑就對了
因為1200M強度實在太低
根本不太需要再去專研什麼
就是每天跑.加強體力心肺功能
版上應該蠻多當兵下過基地
基地測驗及格是3000M/13分內
阿就每天跑而已
早3000晚3000這樣跑
還不是全連過
放下你的書本趕快去跑步啦
不要再想太多了
