各位大大 大家好
小弟新手最近開始嘗試槓鈴深蹲
有以下幾個問題
1.自己感覺大都是股四頭再出力 屁股有點無感
2.起來的時候重心似乎有點前頃 槓鈴沒有直上直下
(是身體控制問題? 還是要換個更平的鞋?)
想請教一下姿勢哪裡需要改進
