爬文發現,減脂和心跳數有很大相關
一直以來,我在非運動時的心跳數都在50左右
(怕家裡的血壓計不準,有到好幾家診所,測到都差不多)
這樣是不是脂肪很容易累積?
平常時候減脂的速度就輸了,難道說只能增加運動時間補回來?
總覺得虧超大 =.=
另外請問,心跳數50應該是不正常,不良影響是什麼?
