健身有段時間了 自己覺得手臂側面成長不少
但正面看的話就覺得沒什麼變
附上手的訓練菜單 我是做二三頭的超級組
1.槓鈴skullcrushers 接 槓鈴站姿彎舉 6-8rm 5set
2.三頭滑輪下拉 接 傳教士彎舉 10-12rm 5set
3.反手三頭滑輪下拉 接 錘式彎舉 10-12rm 4set
如果想增加手臂正面維度 這份菜單哪裡要做修正呢?
