大家好,小弟186cm/81kg
平常喜歡打籃球,目標是暑假結束後能扣籃(目前原地跳4/5手掌超過正常框)
現在正在跑人生中第一次的週期化訓練,
現在階段為最大肌力期,
目前狀態為:臥推(~0.9X),深蹲(~1.3X),硬舉(~1.0X) 2-3rm
再過三週後會有一個check point,如果ok就可以進入轉換期。
------------重點來了------------
目前訓練方式是分肌群訓練,菜單大致上如下:
week3(6/29-7/5) 30% (Max Strength)
Main Assisted
day1 b-ball day
day2 leg core
day3 chest triceps
day4 shoudler core
day5 b-ball day
day6 back biceps
day7 chest triceps+core
另外,目前小弟想先針對腿的部份做增強式訓練,
預計方式是jump box或depth jump(眾多因素考量暫不考慮舉重...)
想請教各位有經驗的前輩,
對於第一次進入轉換期的小菜鳥,該如何將增強式訓練加入菜單內呢?
能否將原本的leg day改成一週訓練跳箱2次,每次(5下/組,5組)? (其他維持不變)
