如何快速增加心肺耐力?? - 健身

最近在測試自己1600m可以跑多快
從兩週前10 min慢慢進步到現在7m50s
最近好像有點遇到瓶頸了
不知道有沒有甚麼方法可以快速的增進心肺耐力呢?(20天左右)
之前有人建議我快跑一分鐘、慢跑一分鐘交替跑3~4個循環
不知道這樣有沒有效?

ps.
因為參加一個小比賽,志在參加不在得獎
希望能強迫自己運動^^"(才不會被追過太多圈XD)
同時能達到減重的效果 (我體重83Kg、體脂肪23%)
