游泳完睡不好 - 健身

從上週開始游泳,但卻發現有游泳的那幾天晚上都睡不好
至少要到兩三點才能入眠,就算睡著也都是淺眠而已
平常我都是大約12點半就關燈睡覺,幾乎可以馬上入眠,假日也是
我都大約是傍晚7-8點這時段去游泳,大約是40分鐘可以游一千公尺蛙式
會看心情游一千到一千五不定,之後再去做些水療SPA蒸氣等等
這樣回到家幾乎都九點半到快十點
理論上游泳完應該要很累很好睡才對啊,不知道到底是為什麼
有版友可以幫忙解答一下嗎?
我真的不想平常日累了一天去游泳結果還睡不好
這樣隔天怎麼上班T_T
