小腹偏大 與體脂肪%數? - 健身

體重42 (最近才胖的..之前都39-40...)
體脂肪9%
內臟脂肪1%.........
= =我去康是美量的 其實我也不知道準不準...
平常有再啞鈴重訓
但小腹還是看起來很不爽阿.......
不知道是因為積水還是脹氣....
早上起來看起來還OK
但下午就合體了0.0 (超團結)
而且超凸的......從側面看真的很像孕婦= =
請問我是該開始做有氧嗎?
還是腹部再加強訓阿?
我不想被說懷孕了......T_T
