今天臨時起意去師大分部跑操場。按照以往慣例,跑不到第二圈腿就開始有問題
跑不到七圈就想退下去,不過還是撐下來了,一直跑到第十五圈就真的很想退下
一直在心中說服自己只剩兩圈就ok了,再加上體重又是突破關鍵期,再拼一下吧
終於跑到第十七圈,想說不能平紀錄也就算了,十七圈也夠了,就準備降速走一
段路回家。
結果沒想到,不知從哪兒冒出一位女同學。從我身後出現。然後他的速度就恰恰
好與我速度差不多,本想加點力跑超越她,但跑到第十七圈實在是有心無力。結
果就這樣同步讓我跑完十七圈全程,由於她還是繼續跑,又發現我的腳好像比較
ok,而且體力好像有恢復的樣子,想一想我就繼續撐下去了,結果就這樣同步了
四圈。
感謝老天爺,我破紀錄了,終於達到21圈水準(我最終的目標是22圈),雖然之
後短期應該不太可能可以到21圈,但若剛好有跑步速度差不多的人陪跑,真的是
可以多撐好幾圈。
如果有板友一直卡在一定圈數或是特定的時間長度而沒有辦法進步的話,可以考
慮陪練方案。
