想請問大家2個問題。
我在家裡做比利大叔的有氧運動。(第一片。)
之前作10分鐘結果暈倒還上來po文問大家。謝謝給我回應的板友。感激。
那麼現在進展到可以做43分鐘。
體力真的有變好了。
最近這幾天做,莫名的背會有點痛。然後很累。
就是很累很喘然後又覺得超不耐煩。
我不知道到底是心理上的累想偷懶不做運動。
還是那個痛讓我很累。
現在都硬撐著做下去。
而且現在六天之中也只有運動四天而已。有計劃要拉到五天。
目的是想先培養運動習慣。
Q1:
請問一下我做到現在可是都突破不了43分鐘後的腹肌運動。
這樣是不是說我的體力不足或腹部無力沒肌肉導致做不起來?
我連第一片都無法過關,可能很可笑,但我覺得自己很沒用。。。
有時會找理由說那腹肌太痛苦了,我只是個胖子所以不要勉強。先培養常運動習慣。
所以我才會覺得我是不是因為逃避現實,導致我覺得我很累。
朋友也開始做比利了,對方一開始只能做20分鐘。可是他隔天就可以做50分鐘了。
我很想趕上對方一起做第2片。
雖然我知道這種東西是要跟自己比不是跟別人比。
Q2:
關於伏地挺身,為什麼我痛都是痛在手腕跟前手臂?
感覺最需要用力的上手臂跟肩膀都沒什麼事?
下去的時候我需要很下去嗎?(很下去手會痛,不那麼下去我怕沒意義。)
再次麻煩各位很不好意思。
