劇烈運動後 - 健身

昨天晚上沒吃晚餐就去運動(柔道)了
運動完回來之後
因為也不早了接近睡覺時間所以也沒有吃東西
只喝了一罐fin 然後就去睡覺了
運動完後身體沒有酸痛的感覺
而是沒力的感覺
剛剛吃過早餐以後好像有好一點
我擔心這沒力的感覺該不會是在消耗肌肉吧?
還是純粹只是太累了?
有人遇過這樣的情況嗎?
