之前有慢跑的習慣,不過三個月前停掉了,
最近想再重拾慢跑,但有一個問題一直困擾著我,
只要有維持慢跑,生理期就會慢很多天,
常常遲十幾天到一個月,甚至兩個月沒來,
而停止慢跑,經期就會逐漸正常,屢試不爽。
去診所檢查也沒事,醫生說法滿奇怪的,他說沒來沒關係,
每個人體質不一樣,不會不舒服就好...(是這樣嗎-_-?)
因為工作關係,每天坐超過八個小時,
雖然BMI正常(19),但體脂肪滿高的(25...),
家裡都說我胖了,我自己也覺得身體沉重,精神不好,
想要再培養慢跑習慣,可是經期會延遲讓我很困擾阿...
不知道有沒有什麼辦法可以找到運動和生理的平衡點?
原PO 20~25歲,之前每個禮拜慢跑三~四次,
每次四十分左右,心跳155up,其實運動量不大,
不知道該如何調整?
