我是一個頗喜歡打排球的人
想請問各位前輩
要如何找到重訓和一般運動的平衡?
在做完重訓的那幾天,肌肉還沒復原的時候
打球都會很痛苦,尤其是做腿、三頭、背這幾個動作
我就很疑惑要如何抓到平衡?
還是說重訓完的幾天就真的別去打球了?
