如何改善手指不適感? - 健身

想請問:
每次在重訓後,
如果動作是要手指特別用力的動作,
例如:硬舉、啞鈴前臂這兩種動作,
做完手指頭都覺得無法張開延伸到正常狀態,
很像全部手指扳機指的極度輕微狀態,
這樣子的狀況對手指有害嗎?
還是正常現象?能有什麼改善方法嗎?
不知道各位有沒有曾經遇到過?
