小魯本來是晚上會跑步
但因為某些因素
變成要早起起來跑步
一開始也會暖身拉筋20分鐘
也會先跑400熱身一下
可是正式跑的時候腳都還是軟軟沒力
請問各位大大
起床後跑步的腳軟問題有沒有辦法去克服
