如何更進一步的減脂 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:男
年齡:29
身高:171
體重:70
BMI:24
體脂率:18
參考照片:無
三餐內容
早餐:米漿+饅頭夾蛋
午餐:大概都是便當一個,飯量減半,排骨或雞腿基本上只吃一半
晚餐:家裡自己煮的三菜一湯,半碗飯
其他:宵夜,飲料基本上是不碰的
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上7點多起床,約12點睡覺,9-18上班
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
研究助理 9-18,站著跟坐著的時間比約 4:1
運動習慣:
下班後跑步,1星期跑步2-3次,每次5K,參加過兩次路跑活動各10K
早上起床作130下的仰臥起坐
我的問題:
在5/6開始減肥,當初是171/74 BMI25.5 體脂20.3
持續的跑步以後,目前是 171/70~69 BMI24 體脂18
不過想要在明年五六月之前可以把腰內肉、小腹以及ㄋㄟㄋㄟ變得平坦一點
請大家給點建議,謝謝
