我知道這是一個老生長談的問題了..
但是我上youtube搜尋教人如何正確深蹲的影片
好多不同的做法呀 我好困惑= =
有的是說胸要挺 腰要用力凹進去 讓腰部緊張才不會傷腰椎
有的是說要讓腰背呈現一直線
這樣不就兩者說法互相矛盾嗎...@@
我都是找無負重深蹲的影片 就是自己在家蹲的那種
因為以前做深蹲都沒事,前陣子可能太久沒做 忘了怎麼深蹲
再重拾深蹲的習慣時感覺姿勢跑掉了 而且做幾天後 居然腰椎也會不舒服!
所以想請教大家 要如何做好不傷腰椎又能練好屁股的深蹲方式呢?
