如何減"重" - 減肥

各位板上前輩大家好
小弟我165CM 60KG BMI22 體脂肪16%
目前想要減"重" 希望把體重可以減到57左右
如果是減肥的話 我想應該就是多運動吧..............
但我是想把體重整個降低 有點想要"輕量化"的那種意思
現在有刻意少吃 但整個人會很不舒服 而且體重還是沒有降多少
之前開始運動一年後 體檢體重重了3公斤到60 但腰圍也瘦了現在是29.5
現在想維持運動量 但體重想要減卻減不掉
請問我該如何去做運動呢?
