如何減醣兼顧排便順暢 - 健身

大家好,最近在實行減醣。方法也很簡單,三餐的精緻澱粉都去掉,改吃全穀類替代(we
et bix) 。
菜肉蛋那些都正常吃,還有適量水果跟堅果類。平常水也有常在喝。
運動每天大概跑個8分速20~30分鐘+徒手重訓15~20分鐘。
減重效果我是有信心,之前用這種方式1個半月減了10初頭公斤(體脂肪變成10),173/7
3變成62(不過那
時運動量更大一些),因此這次也不擔心效果。
問題在於,這種方式實施後,我覺得排便明顯變不順,有也是一小顆一小顆硬的那種。
個人覺得原因可能:
1、weetbix的粗纖維量很豐富,再加上我每天運動流失的水分,因此需要更充足的水及油
脂來讓排便順暢。
因此請教大家,有什麼比較方便的好油(脂肪)補充方法呢?平常沒在煮所以方便性也蠻
重要的。(ex 糙米/五穀米還要準備,weetbix直接現成,類似這種意思)
