抱歉,前後的推文先全部刪掉比較清楚
我前陣子也自己感覺訓練過度期。
大概是去年10月~今年一月之間這幾個月,
我當時的課表是:
重訓部份: 肩胸手一天、背一天、腿一天、核心一天,休一天這樣的週期
有氧: 下班回家之後騎健身車45~50分鐘。
遇到重訓休息的時候,就變成上午騎車45分鐘,晚上回來再騎45分鐘。
基本上是一個禮拜選一天完全休息。
所以一天的運動量常常會是
上午重訓約1~1.5小時,晚上下班再騎車45~50分鐘。
有時候遇到難得的好天氣,就會去附近的小山路跑個6K~9K這樣
我吃得多,睡的時間也很多。
但我好累,一直睡不飽。
雖然一個禮拜有一天休息,但休息日的隔天精神也不是很好。
有時候想自己每個月來一次的浴血週期反正會休息3~4天,
乾脆拼一點到那個來再一次休息好了..................
所以有時候連續運動8~10天還挺常見的。
一開始第一次路跑可以50分鐘跑9K,接著就越來越不行,
大概上個月我去跑,3K就很累,一邊走一邊跑才撐完6K,囧。
剛好那時候看到版條你在推文裡提到訓練過度,
我才發現我自己大概也進入那樣的情況,
就是把自己逼的太緊了。雖然運動量這麼大,
但我似乎是也沒什麼瘦XDDDD
所以過年後,大概二月份開始,我把原本運動時間「上午、晚上」
改成重訓完直接接著騎健身車20~30分鐘。
這樣起碼到隔天運動時間會有18~24小時可以稍微放鬆一下。
另外,真的讓自己休息的時間變多,
再也不是連續運動好幾天才休息一天或兩天了,
可能三到四天我就懶了,
懶了就去玩電動(黑暗靈魂讚)、看小說(夢想之城好看)、看影集(陰屍路好看)
彈鋼琴、看電影等等。
實施到現在,雖然是油了一點,但我想那是因為我東西吃不對的關係。
(可恨的麵棍啊~~~我以為它頂多只有500大卡啊,想不到可能是1000啊XD)
雖然也是睡不飽,我想是因為我現在晚上都因為看飢餓遊戲小說看太晚了XD
整體而言精神比之前好很多,情緒也比較穩定。
上面我有提到我上個月有去路跑,但還是很嫩咖,3K就快掛了,
想必是說不定我默默的還是把自己逼的有點緊,再實施,再調整。
希望6月份可以好一些啦~~~
