就像版巨推文說的,改練啞鈴臥推,並加鍊小肌群
eg: 前三角肌(google 阿諾肩推)
大概一個月後,本巨就能推到120了
之後每當卡關就改菜單,現在已經突破到140了
進步過程大概是這樣:
臥推 啞鈴臥推 阿諾肩推
卡關 110
第一個月 單手37.5 單手20
第二個月 120 單手20
第三個月 單手40 單手22.5
第四個月 130 單手22.5
第五個月 單手42.5 單手25
第六個月 140
(以上重量皆為12RM)
