大家好~~~
我是一個重訓的新手 大概練了 四個多月
我是想要練的身體很結實 很多肌肉 是小小的那種 (背部)
我都會拉 ㄧ種機器拉到肩膀後面那個 可是 我發現 我越練 身體越來越厚
肩膀越來越寬 因為我不高 只有170 覺得這樣寬度就夠
可是還想把身體變的更精壯 我現在有練 兩手ㄧ起舉的那個大啞鈴 只做15公斤
ㄧ組 12下 ㄧ天八組 練背肌那個機器 拉 30-40公斤 壹組12下 ㄧ天大概
10組 擴胸的 壹組12下 25公斤 一天 4組
請問 該如何變的精壯 還不要使肩膀變寬
