這是幫朋友問的
之前給過她一些建議,讓她三餐正常吃運動健康瘦
可是她的工作是護理人員,常需要輪班,每次輪班都是一整個月
(小夜班:16:00~00:00 大夜班:00:00~08:00)
所以導致她運動有點斷斷續續的,無法長久維持
她的運動就是在家跑跑步機,時間約40~60分鐘
一開始這樣跑了三個月多,體重變化不大,但整個體態上瘦了很多
她說那陣子好多朋友問她怎麼瘦那麼多
可惜好景不常,後來連續輪班,大夜小夜的,運動荒廢了兩三個月
因為要上夜班時,她就會住在醫院宿舍,就沒跑步機可以跑了
想跳鄭多燕又得顧慮同寢的室友
加上上夜班日夜顛倒,影響內分泌,人就漸漸胖了回去
然後回到上白班時,再開始運動......
就這樣反覆了快一年,體重始終維持不變
體態外觀也停留在一開始運動後瘦了很多又稍微胖了一些些回去的階段
一開始督促她運動,也是我每天百般苦勸提醒,她才願意動
因為她說,上班整天走來走去了,回家還要跑步運動,根本累死人
我也知道當護理人員的很累很辛苦,可是不運動怎麼減肥呢 囧"
上個月她上白班,我就督促她回家記得運動,她回報給我是都有好好運動
結果月中她出國到月底回來,斷了近半個月
這個月跟下個月都是上小夜班,這下我又頭大了,豈不是又要荒廢兩個月......
她小夜班下班大概都一點左右,偶爾有狀況可能兩三點也說不定
