近來才在Fitness逛逛…
發現好多人,都求好心切,想要一個完整的指南…
然後看看內容當中的飲食、運動情形,發現觀念原則把握得不適恰,
似乎都是採「直覺」的方式來處理…
像是最多的「減肥」問題,都採「直覺」…少吃、多動!
這樣想法是ok啊!但…
少吃可以,請吃適當!早餐澱粉、午餐澱粉、晚餐澱粉…咦!蛋白質勒?營養勒?
多動也可,有氧、重訓請平衡!也請記得讓身體休息!做太多會有反效果!
但是想想或許也不是沒有爬文…
畢竟一開始,看到 蛋白質、醣類、生理原理、重量、有氧…等阿哩阿雜
的名詞實在是令人頭昏,新手一口氣把置底文看完且懂也非常不容易吧!
所以囉!請分次看吧!慢慢看、重複看,漸漸就會搞懂原則、方法。
掌握原則了後,會發現...增飢與減脂的過程...
什麼都敢吃, 也不會哀餓,口慾還能適當滿足。
而運動成效很好且熱情不減與愉快!
我認為詳讀置底文就可以掌握大部分的狀況了!
