我相信想減肥的人多過於想要變胖的人
但我剛好是那個, 我178公分 145磅(66公斤吧)
目標想變成155磅左 七十公斤
但就是始終升不上來
已經有多吃牛肉 雞蛋 高蛋白質的東西了
連蛋白質粉都有喝, 但就是胖不起來
會是因為我太長跑步跟重訓的關係嗎
導致我消耗的比吃的多,還是有別的因素呢?
誰可以教教我 哈哈
