原po(男)最近為了健康想減肥
選擇的運動是-慢跑
我選擇的運動地點是國小操場(300公尺)
我跑完第一圈還好,第二圈開始喘氣,第三圈喘氣+腳酸。
三圈跑完後有點跑不太下去,所以我用走的。
約走兩圈,再跑兩圈(這時候再跑喘氣和小腿已經開始疲累了)
兩圈跑完後,我又停下來走了兩圈,最後再跑一圈。
運動時間約莫三十分鐘左右。
想請問專業的板友們...
Q1:我這樣的跑法會有效用嗎?(意指斷斷續續跑+走)

下午跑完後腳底板很酸 晚上很想睡 但我的腳很酸
今天起床大腿動到會痛。
