如何讓屁股變寬又變大 - 健身

先說一下我的狀況
身高160.3
體重42~46(變動滿大的)
體脂目前16%左右(前陣子最低12.X....所以現在滿努力再吃容易胖的食物XDD)
我的困擾是
因為從小學游泳,又很愛游游到國中畢業
所以肩膀挺寬的約14.8吋
腰約22.5~23吋(看吃多飽)
屁股最寬約是31.5吋
我看起來就是真的滿倒三角的,其實我的肩膀我是已經放棄了
但我希望自己的屁股可以變大,因為很多褲子也撐不起來
我有做蹲舉,還有15分鍾(ABS WORKOUT那種練屁屁的)還有幾個抬腿瑜珈的姿勢
這對屁股變俏真的有幫助
但還是小啊!!!單看小又原似乎是很好
但我真的很想要每是豐滿的臀部
我想我應該要吃胖些,然後繼續做那些練臀步的動作
請問還有沒有甚麼辦法可以讓屁股變〝大〞嗎?
整骨?還是長期坐在椅子上不動....
希望大家能夠給我一點意見!我真的好想要大屁股....
