各位巨巨 大家好
目前減脂來到第四個月 很慶幸肌肉沒掉 反而增加了一些
前天inbody測體脂為12% 以下為inbody數據

目前是看得到腹肌 但想要讓腹肌立體一點
想請問一下各位 除了固定將腹肌訓練加入一般訓練中
還有什麼辦法呢?
繼續減脂到10%或9%以下呢 還是開始增肌呢?

會考慮繼續減脂的目的是因為增肌勢必會增加脂肪
