我173CM 85KG 身材腹部有很明顯的啤酒肚 臉被笑像 花栗鼠 OTZ
目前都有做飲食控制 每天也騎1小時的健身車 2星期過去感覺成效視乎不錯
目前體重在82KG左右 但會擔心要是到時候剩下一堆皮在肚子上
該怎麼辦 該怎樣能健康減肥卻不留皮在身上?
