然後忙到3點半
剛才才去吃午餐
這樣我晚上一定吃不下了
可是我晚上要去跑步@@
那請問我可以補充一些什麼東西?
讓我不會撐 然後又可以運動有力氣的
吐司?
香蕉?
巧克力?
ok嗎 還是要吃什麼其他的
