我目前187/70,想在5個月後減到187/55,總共15公斤
網路上查了一下,1公斤要少吃7700大卡,
所以我平均一天要少吃 (15*7700)/5*30 = 770大卡
然後我基礎代謝是1750,加上日常活動約為2500 (1750除以0.7)
最後2500-770=1730,就是我一天可以攝取的熱量。
但這樣會低於基礎代謝率,所以就改成一天吃1800大卡,
然後再靠運動把這不到100的熱量差補回來。
一天1800大卡,等於一餐可以吃600,
似乎只要三餐吃清淡一點,然後不要吃其他有的沒的,
就可以達成了?
但是應該沒有這麼簡單吧......
我是不是哪裡算錯了啊 -.-
