168是把一天中要吃的集中在8小時內,
而且只要吃到基礎代謝,造成熱量斥字,達到減重的效果。
8小時內吃到一天的份量,當然是可以吃得夠飽了!
但如果把那16小時中 (晚上8點至隔天中午12)
早上起床餓死了,把那8小時中的200卡挪給早餐,
早上8點吃個炙燒明太子鮭魚御飯團(177卡)配白開水,
(這樣1212,用12小時排毒也OK了吧?)
讓胃部有點東西,免得工作時胃都在咕嚕咕嚕叫,
讓早上的時光有一點點能量可以應付工作
這樣是不是跟168有87%像?
