如果無法跑步要怎辦?! - 健身

各位前輩大家好!!
小妹我在版上潛水一陣子了
不僅吸收到很多知識,也讓我開始了運動健身之路~
但是我最近遇到一個很苦惱的問題,希望可以聽聽各位的建議
是這樣的,由於開始培養運動的習慣
我慢跑了將近一個月(一周五次,每次40分鐘,速度約6km/小時)
我發現體力越來越好,也越來越不會喘,心裡很開心!!
因為自己有很大的進步~
但是,這幾天跑步的時候
我發現右腳小腿前側在跑了十分鐘後就痛到爆炸!!
無論我怎麼調整跑步的姿勢都一樣痛到爆炸...
後來剛好遇到生理期,休息了四天
想說休息四天應該很ok了吧,所以今天就去跑步
結果跑了十分鐘.....又開始抽痛= =
痛到我真的跑不下去,所以就改去騎腳踏車了
我真的覺得很難過,怎麼會這樣呢?!
好不容易我已經進步到可以持續跑比較久還不會太喘的地步
結果腳就不行了...
我想問的是,會這樣是因為我跑步姿勢有問題嗎?
還是因為我右腳小腿不夠直(可能o型腿之類),所以才會這樣?!
大約一年前我也有跑步一陣子就沒發生這樣的狀況
而兩次的差別是-這次我是跑跑步機,以前是跑操場
難道是因為跑跑步機的關係嗎??
如果真的有問題我該去看骨科,還是就不要跑,選游泳或腳踏車就好了>"<?
我是真的很難過啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~(淚奔)
