我也是個在減肥的人
多虧在這裡吸收了不少資訊
所以也知道不少正確的減肥觀念
但最近令我很頭痛的是我的媽媽....
(前提)
我媽媽目前46歲 吃素
身高約155 體重50左右 體型很瘦小 但都是軟軟的肉比較多
她量體重的時候一直覺得自己還很胖 所以不斷的節食減肥
生活作息是一到五早上在自助餐店工作到中午
回家後也不吃午餐只吃晚餐(早餐有時候吃個菜包有時候不吃)
等於她幾乎一天只吃一餐

最近早餐會吃自己做的吐司夾蛋 一樣午餐不吃吃晚餐
然後今天就跟我說吐司不要吃了 因為他量體重發現胖了
很明顯是溜溜球效應讓體重增加
所以今天決定只吃午餐不吃晚餐(WTF)
之前不斷跟她說三餐要吃 營養要均衡 要吃到基礎代謝率
她只回我她現在代謝很慢 所以要吃很少
基礎代謝什麼的每個人體質不同 她的話只能吃少
剛剛我就找了溜溜球效應的文章給她看
她看完又說每個人體質不同 還說我讀那麼多書不知變通
代謝慢很明顯就是沒有肌肉(偶爾會幫她按摩 所以知道她沒什麼肌肉)
我說如果再這樣下去妳一輩子都只能吃這麼少 然後繼續變胖
她就開始說我沒有常識 她活那麼久了知道的一定比我多 我都讀死書都不懂
面對這麼固執的媽媽 最後我就放棄溝通了
但還是很擔心她身體一點都不健康......
有什麼方法可以幫幫她嗎QQ
