家中訓練 越練越沒力 - 健身

因近期想去體驗舞蹈課程 需要體力
本身體力較差 想說先把體力練起來再去上課
因此開始每天下班後自己在家訓練
每天都是做伏地挺身 平板支撐 深蹲這三種
都是做到沒辦法繼續做就休息
目前已經做了兩週
飲食都正常吃
身高176 體重從80變成75
但自覺體力反而變得更差
原本伏地挺身一次可以15下 現在10下就爆酸
深蹲也是 才做30下整個下肢就開始狂抖
請問為什麼越練體力反而越差呢
另外想請問是否還有什麼在家中的訓練也能練習體力的呢
